Welcome to Rhode Island Labradoodles , home of Martha & Toms Labradoodles in Rhode Island. The Mother is Kelsey a cream colored Labradoodle born in North Carolina on October 31 2004. Her mother was an English black colored labradoor smaller in size to a regular labradoor and her father was a white standard poodle. Silver Kozmopolitan is our male stud . He is an AKC Silver Standard Poodle born on July 15 2005 in Scituate Rhode Island. WHY ADOPT FROM US? HMMMMM LET US COUNT THE WAYS... The PARENTS are Both very social ,very interactive with anybody and always eager to meet new people young or old. There are no restrictions to whom they'll wag their tale to. Easy to train and very smart. Kelsey loves the water and on hot summer days we can count on her jumping into our pool to cool off or swim around with the kids. They both can spend hours retrieving a ball, and both do it well and tirelessly too. Kozmo the SIRE (DAD) IS MELLOW, lovely temperment which has shown through in the puppies. Both are very playful with children and wag their tales to most who visit. Tom has spent many hours training both to behave with company. It takes time but worth it to have well mannered dogs in the home. They delight when company is over but we have trained them not to jump , with constant repitition, it has worked. When they were both young puppies Tom started training right away , every night an hour or 2 is all it took and before he taught them to sit, shake etc... a little time goes along way... A bell was tied to the back door, and now Kelsey is trained to shake the bell when she wants to go out. It took about 30 days to teach her this and now it rings sometimes too much but well worth it to know when she has to go. |
