DNA Test Report October 26, 2010

Tattoo/Chip #: 985121007883018
Call Name: Ocean View's Original Adam

Breed: Labradoodle, Australian
Date of Birth: April 08, 2010
Gender: Male

Optigen Accession #: 10-8177

Test Performed: Inherited RD/OSD

Sample Type: Blood

Test Results: Genotype of your dog is Normal.

Risk for developing RD/OSD: This dog will never develop
the OSD-associated form of RD (Retinal Dysplasia-retinal
folds). There are many forms of RD in the Labradoodle,
Australian. A Normal result for this test does not mean
the dog will never develop RD however other forms of RD
in the breed are likely to be considered insignificant
compared to RD/OSD.

Significance for breeding: Genetically Normal RD/OSD
dogs can be bred to any dog and will not produce dogs
showing severe OSD disease (dwarfism and blindness).
Genetically Normal RD/OSD dogs may produce dogs with
retinal folds (RD) if bred to mates that carry the
RD/OSD mutation.

This interpretation is based on the test result of the DNA
test for the specific mutation identified as causing the
OSD-associated form of RD (Retinal Dysplasia-retinal
folds) in Labradoodle, Australians as of the date on this
report.

Test Performed: prcd Mutation Test for PRA

Sample Type: Blood

Test Results: Genotype of your dog is
Normal/Clear.

Risk for developing prcd-PRA: This dog will
never develop the prcd form of PRA
(progressive rod-cone degeneration form of
Progressive Retinal Atrophy).

Significance for breeding: Genetically
Normal/Clear dogs can be bred to any dog and
will produce no pups affected with the prcd
form of PRA.

This interpretation is based on the test result
of the DNA test for the specific mutation
identified as causing the prcd form of PRA in
Labradoodle, Australians as of the date on this
report.
